Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Veyda Atelier piece. If your order isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags and protective return tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
For hygiene and quality reasons, items with removed or damaged protective return tags cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order. Veyda Atelier is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
